We are looking for a Social Media & Offline Events Manager to develop Joybuy UK's social media presence, lead influencer partnerships and execute offline activations that drive customer engagement, brand awareness and commercial performance. This is a hands-on role combining strategy and execution, where you will own social media, influencer marketing and local activations to grow awareness, engage communities and support commercial performance.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Joybuy's social media presence
  • Define and execute Joybuy's social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms. Own the social content calendar, aligning content with commercial priorities, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Partner with creative teams to produce engaging, platform-native content.
  • Monitor performance, analyse insights and continuously optimise content based on engagement, traffic and conversion metrics.
  • Build and scale influencer partnerships
  • Identify, recruit and manage influencers, creators and brand ambassadors aligned with Joybuy's brand. Develop long-term partnerships across different audience segments.
  • Lead influencer campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and negotiation through execution and performance analysis. Track ROI and measure the impact of influencer activity on engagement, traffic and sales.
  • Deliver impactful offline events

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Social Media and Influencer Marketing, managing social media channels and influencer campaigns.
  • Hands-on mindset with a willingness to execute directly: comfortable owning day-to-day social media management, personally identifying and engaging influencers, and coordinating offline events and brand activations from planning through delivery.
  • Retail, FMCG, Beauty, Fashion or E-commerce experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of how social media contributes to brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial performance.
  • Creative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
