Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and development of the service provider ecosystem across the cross-border marketplace.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic service partners across fulfillment, logistics, tax, listing, and related domains.
- Define partnership frameworks, including onboarding standards, performance management, and scaling mechanisms.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with service providers, driving alignment on service quality, performance, and growth objectives.
- Work closely with Product teams to integrate partner capabilities into platform tools, workflows, and seller journeys.
- Collaborate with Seller, Category, and Operations teams to align service offerings with seller needs and business priorities.
- Establish performance metrics and governance models to ensure service quality, reliability, and scalability.
- Drive adoption of service provider solutions among sellers, improving onboarding efficiency and operational outcomes.
- Identify ecosystem gaps and introduce new capabilities to support marketplace expansion and cross-border complexity.
Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, cross-border marketplace, or platform ecosystem roles, with a focus on partnerships or business development.
- Strong understanding of cross-border seller needs, including fulfillment, logistics, tax compliance, and listing operations.
- Proven experience in building and managing partnerships or ecosystems, with the ability to scale supply-side capabilities.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Business teams to drive integration and execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term, scalable partnerships.
- Analytical mindset, with experience defining metrics and evaluating partner performance.
- Ability to operate in a cross-border, multi-market environment, balancing global consistency with local execution.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
