Requirement Analysis & Product Planning
Conduct market, user, and competitor research, streamline business processes, and deliver documents such as BRD and PRD.

Product Design & Development Implementation
Design product prototypes and functional modules, write requirement documents, and coordinate with the R&D team. Manage testing and acceptance, drive product launch on schedule, and ensure features meet business needs and user expectations.

Data‑Driven Iteration & Optimization
Monitor product data (e.g., user behavior, operational metrics), analyze user feedback and competitor dynamics, develop iteration plans, and drive feature optimization to enhance user experience and product competitiveness.

Cross‑Department Collaboration & Resource Integration
Collaborate with operations, R&D, and marketing teams, coordinate resources to resolve issues in development and promotion, drive product commercialization, and ensure project progress and goal achievement.
