JD.com’s International TET (iTET) programme is a high‑speed leadership accelerator designed for recent graduates and current students in supply chain, technology or business related disciplines. Over a three‑year period you will complete five months of intensive learning on JD’s heritage and strategy, followed by hands‑on stints in Joybuy (retail) or Joylogistics (operations) to accelerate your growth and prepare you for senior leadership roles within JD’s global business.

Compensation & Location
The programme is based in London for the first five months, with travel to a logistics site and occasional visits to Group HQ in Beijing, China. Rotational assignments may lead to continued work in the UK or an international location within the EU.
