About the Internship Program

You will be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program over 3–6 months to work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

Responsibilities

  • System Development – Develop functional modules based on requirement documents, write high‑quality maintainable code, and ensure the completeness of system functions and timely delivery.
  • Architecture Design – Design and review technical solutions, formulate system scalability plans, and ensure the rationality and extensibility of the architecture.
  • Technical Problem Solving – Resolve complex technical issues, optimize system performance and stability, and improve service availability and response efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Support – Collaborate with product and testing teams to implement requirements, provide technical implementation plans, and drive project delivery on schedule.
  • Quality Assurance – Establish coding standards and a quality monitoring system to reduce system failure rates.
  • Technology Research – Track emerging technology trends and industry best practices, conduct technical validation and preliminary research, and promote the adoption of new technologies in business scenarios.
