About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Partner Ecosystem Manager to build and scale our partner ecosystem across Europe.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end partner lifecycle, including partner acquisition, enablement, governance, performance management, and ecosystem development.

Working closely with Marketplace, Product, Commercial, Seller Success, and Regional teams, you will develop scalable partner programs, strengthen partner capabilities, and drive merchant success and marketplace growth.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong operational excellence, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and a passion for building marketplace ecosystems.

  • Build and execute the partner ecosystem strategy across European markets.
  • Recruit, evaluate, onboard, and develop high-quality marketplace partners aligned with business priorities.
  • Design scalable partner enablement programs, governance mechanisms, operational standards, and performance frameworks.
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships and continuously improve partner capability, service quality, and merchant satisfaction.
  • Develop partner segmentation, incentive models, and ecosystem operating mechanisms to maximize commercial impact.
  • Lead cross-functional programs involving Marketplace, Product, Commercial, and Regional Operations teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze ecosystem performance and business metrics to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketplace operations, partner ecosystem management, business operations, or cross-border e-commerce.
  • Experience managing marketplace partners, agencies, service providers, or ecosystem partners.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace business models and ecosystem operations.
  • Proven experience building partner programs, enablement frameworks, governance models, or operational mechanisms.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Experience working for or with marketplace platforms is highly preferred.
