About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early‑career talent hands‑on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

Responsibilities

  • Support internal communications for culture and learning initiatives, including emails, announcements, presentations and digital content.
  • Assist in planning and delivering employee engagement activities, campaigns and events.
  • Coordinate project plans, timelines and follow‑up actions across Culture and Digital Learning projects.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, employee experience and learning best practices to support new initiatives.
  • Help create and maintain learning materials, collect engagement data and provide insights to improve programme effectiveness.

About You

  • Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, creative mindset and willingness to explore new ideas and ways of working.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and AI productivity tools; experience with Canva, CapCut or other design/video editing tools is a plus.
