As Product Leader, Marketplace International, you will own the strategy and execution of Joybuy's marketplace. You will lead the development of scalable capabilities across seller onboarding, catalogue, pricing, promotions, and fulfilment, driving growth for both sellers and customers. Working closely with marketplace country leaders, you will translate regional needs into global product solutions, balancing standardisation with flexibility to enable local market success. You will operate with full accountability for business outcomes, ensuring the marketplace delivers competitive selection, pricing, and a reliable end‐to‐end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the global marketplace product strategy and roadmap, aligned to company growth priorities
  • Deliver measurable business outcomes across selection, price competitiveness, conversion, and fulfilment performance
  • Build and scale core marketplace capabilities, including onboarding, catalogue integrations, pricing and promotions infrastructure, and logistics
  • Partner with country leaders to identify growth opportunities and translate them into product initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement through data, experimentation, and strong operating mechanisms
  • Lead and develop a high‐performing product organisation, setting a high bar for talent and execution

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading product for a large‐scale marketplace or platform business
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels in a fast‐paced environment
  • Experience building and scaling global platforms across multiple markets
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other EU languages a huge plus
