About the Team
You’ll be joining the Joybuy team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You Will Do
- Support the end-to-end category management process within home appliances product assortments.
- Support the category leader develop and nurture strategic partnership with international and local brands/supply partners.
- Analyse key metrics and range gaps to derive strategies on how to improve supplier and category performance.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Assist on developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, including pricing structures and promotional campaigns.
- Develop long-term category strategies which are fit for the local market to ensure customer acquisition and retention as well as growth in key category KPIs.
- Cross departmental engagement with supply chain, app development and marketing to deliver a best-in-class service to our customers.
About You
- Procurement, Merchandising or buying experience within relevant categories. The ideal candidate will have eCommerce experience in home appliances categories.
- Understanding of consumers, with market insights and purchasing expertise.
- Exceptional analytical abilities, data sensitivity, and logical thinking.
- Effective communicator with a passion for continuous learning.
- Highly driven, innovative, team-oriented, and committed to aligning personal contributions with organisational goals.
