About The Team

Coordinate campaign execution: Align cross-functional teams including procurement, sales, product and R&D to manage campaign elements such as merchant recruitment, product selection and page development. Oversee end-to-end implementation to ensure on-time launch, goal achievement, and improved user engagement.

Monitor and optimize performance: Track real-time metrics including traffic, conversions and user behavior. Identify insights and issues, adjust strategies dynamically, refine processes, improve ROI, and document operational best practices.

Integrate marketing resources: Connect brands, merchants and media partners to explore collaborations. Align mutual benefits, expand campaign reach, maximize resource efficiency, and drive business growth while enhancing brand value.
