About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early‑career talent hands‑on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Data Tracking: Maintain and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain performance metrics, including inventory levels, stock availability, inventory turnover, order fulfillment, and delivery performance.
• Supply Chain Performance Analysis: Conduct deep‑diving analyses on inventory efficiency, demand and supply trends, fulfillment costs, and operational bottlenecks to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
• Dashboard Development & Maintenance: Support the development and maintenance of automated dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key supply chain KPIs and improve data visibility.
• Inventory & Demand Analysis: Assist with demand forecasting, inventory planning, and stock allocation analysis to support better inventory management and operational efficiency.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Data Quality & Process Improvement: Monitor data accuracy and consistency, identify reporting inefficiencies, and support the automation and standardization of supply chain reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Current student or recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, AI or Computer Science subjects.
• Availability: Able to complete an internship for 6 months from November 2026 with interest in becoming full time graduate post internship.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Excel is required. Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or other data analysis and visualization tools is highly preferred.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and provide practical business recommendations.
• Supply Chain Interest: Strong interest in e‑commerce supply chain operations, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics.
• Previous internship experience in supply chain, retail, or e‑commerce is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Self‑Driven: Detail‑oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced, international environment.
