Internship Overview
The JD Young (JDY) Internship Program offers a 3–6 month placement in central London (Green Park). Interns work alongside experienced teams across the global JD.com network, learning how a large technology and supply‑chain business operates.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leads and HR managers to understand recruitment requirements.
  • Take ownership of managing multiple hiring requests during peak recruitment season.
  • Create an outstanding candidate experience, including providing a positive ‘wow’ moment for candidates, even those not selected.
  • Partner with top universities to promote JD.com roles, including attending career fairs in the UK and EU.
  • Develop and publish social media content, working with the Employer Brand Specialist to raise brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying toward an undergraduate degree and able to complete a placement year starting July 2026 (start date negotiable).
  • Willingness to work in central London (Green Park) and to be present in the office five days a week initially, with gradual transition.
  • Comfortable working with changing deadlines and priorities, and able to spot opportunities to improve processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to take on responsibility, drive results, and actively contribute to team success.
  • Displays humility and a collaborative attitude.
