Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operational management of international benefits programs, ensuring smooth implementation and continuous optimization to enhance employee satisfaction and benefits experience.

Qualifications
- Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields are preferred.
- Work Experience: 5-10 years of relevant work experience, with practical experience in international HR management and benefits operations.
