Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for business and operational analysis, including but not limited to management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, performance analysis, and assessment.
  • Support the monitoring of key financial and operational metrics and budget execution.
  • Organize and facilitate various business review meetings and ad-hoc presentations, identify risks and growth opportunities, and drive business growth.
  • Possess a strong business mindset and internet industry experience; conduct in-depth analysis across dimensions such as product supply chain, marketing, and traffic data, with strong capabilities in data-driven insights.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business fundamentals and work closely with cross‑functional teams to support and drive key strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business analysis, data analysis, management analysis, or consulting, with strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
  • Able to think independently and deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on business needs.
  • Strong numerical aptitude; proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to use English as a working language.
  • Strong learning ability, adaptability, and logical reasoning skills; able to perform effectively under pressure.
