About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee comprehensive warehouse operations management in alignment with corporate strategy and operational objectives. You will coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, cost optimisation, and team development. Your responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning and System Construction: Develop warehouse development strategies, process standards, and annual plans aligned with company objectives.
- End-to-End Operations Management: Oversee the complete workflow of inbound/outbound logistics, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Cost Control and Efficiency Enhancement: Analyse warehouse cost components and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Team Leadership and Risk Mitigation: Manage warehouse team recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Service Excellence: Partner with logistics, sales, and other departments to align supply chain resources and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Experience
Extensive experience in warehouse operations and management. Motivated and inspiring leader. Clear communicator; Mandarin speaker would be beneficial.
