You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
We are seeking an experienced On The Road (OTR) Performance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving best in class performance across our UK Delivery Station network, ensuring that our Operations teams are equipped with processes and mechanisms to drive optimal performance without impacting efficiency targets.
Responsibilities:
- Building mechanisms and reporting that drive On The Road Performance and create visibility and trends for leadership to review and operations teams to act.
- Development of processes and decision trees that support critical decisions throughout the day that protect customer promise but maintain efficiency.
- Collaborating with capacity planning to optimise efficiency through management of operational timelines to maximise on road time for delivery.
- Working closely with Delivery Service Partner (DSP) management on specific DSP performance concerns, ensuring concerns are addressed through a defined process.
- Working with Process Excellence to ensure all Stations SOP’s are built to incorporate optimal performance management.
- Management and reporting of Operational DILO and identification of defects between First Mile, Middle Mile and Last Mile.
- Co-ordination with the Training Team to develop learning content that support Station Teams in driving optimal performance.
- Building reporting and review frameworks for daily, weekly and monthly business reviews performance trends and improvements.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Comprehensive understanding of On The Road Performance with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in this field.
- 4-5 years’ experience working within the last mile environment within operational or DSP facing roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Stakeholder Management in a matrix level organisation.
- Experience in building and deploying projects and programs.
