About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Build and deliver JD Logistics Europe’s training framework, annual plan and budget, ensuring local compliance and adapting HQ programmes for Europe.
  • Develop practical training for warehousing, transportation, customs and customer service, covering onboarding, operational skills and management development.
  • Manage training delivery, trainers and external providers, and evaluate effectiveness through training data and employee performance.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to address capability gaps, strengthen the management pipeline and support cross-cultural collaboration.
