Vehicle Rental Agent – Part Time – Hours negotiable

We are looking for a friendly and organized Rental Agent to join our team! Do you have excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a smooth, efficient and friendly rental experience for our customers? If so, we want to hear from you!

About the Job:

As a Rental Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a high quality and friendly service. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Creating rental quotes and bookings
• Preparing rental agreements and processing payments
• Greeting customers and explaining vehicle features
• Handling vehicle handovers and returns
• Responding to customer enquiries via email, telephone, and online chat.
• Assisting with the movement of vehicles and planning for future bookings

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and an interest in creating the best experience for visitors
• A valid driving licence is essential as you will be required to move vehicles

Hours:

The core hours for this position are Monday to Friday, starting at 8:00 am with a minimum of 3 hours per day (until 11:00 am). The exact number of hours per day is negotiable and can be discussed. Flexibility is required as occasional additional hours will be necessary at weekends and other times during peak seasons and busy periods.

Training:

We will provide all the relevant training onsite.
