Jimmy’s Restaurant at the Dockers Inn in Wapping is seeking an experienced grill chef to join our team. You’ll need at least five years’ experience in British and European cuisine, strong grill skills and the ability to deliver a consistent service.
You’ll be responsible for grilling steaks, chops, fish and Sunday roasts, with a focus on food preparation and portion control. This part-time role offers 30 hours per week, with Friday and Saturday 3pm–11pm and Sunday 10am–6pm.
