About the Role
Jimmy’s Jobs of the Future is one of the UK’s biggest business podcasts, interviewing former Prime Ministers, FTSE100 CEOs and Unicorn founders. Hosted by former No.10 adviser, Jimmy McLoughlin OBE, we are looking for someone to help turn our fastest‑growing business platform into a serious commercial engine.
What You’ll Do
- Build Revenue
- Develop and close partnerships across podcast sponsorships, YouTube & content series specialising in AI jobs of the future, events & roundtables, and brand‑led storytelling via Boxlight.
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle: outreach, pitch, close, renewal.
- Create Commercial Ideas (not just sell them)
- Turn conversations into packages ranging from £40 k to £100 k+.
- Design creative partnership formats beyond simple ad slots.
- Spot opportunities that others miss.
- Leverage Distribution
- Use our audience, network, and content to open doors.
- Collaborate on LinkedIn strategy and outbound angles.
- Identify guests who may become clients.
- Build Relationships (key focus)
- Develop long‑term partnerships, moving towards stronger annual recurring revenue.
- Engage CEOs, CMOs, and senior decision‑makers.
- Turn guests into clients and clients into repeat partners.
- Shape the Commercial Strategy
- Help define pricing, packaging, and positioning.
- Provide market insight into what brands want.
- Contribute to larger initiatives such as events, memberships, and media expansion.
