We're looking for an Office Manager to whip us into shape at Jimmy's HQ. This is a full-time, office-based role with quite a variety of duties. We have three sites on an industrial estate in Mudeford, Dorset: our office, workshop and two warehouse spaces. It's a hands-on role, responsible for organising and maintaining the office.
- You'll be the face of the office, greeting any visitors, answering the main phone line and handling any general office queries from our crew.
- You will own the office appearance, ensuring it's always clean, presentable and stocked up.
- Maintain office equipment and appliances, including responsibility for health.
