Salary: £33,000 per annum
Reports to: Operations Manager
Are you a practical, proactive individual with a wide range of maintenance skills? Do you take pride in creating safe, welcoming environments and want to make a real difference in people’s lives?
We are looking for a Maintenance Operative to join our dedicated team, supporting the upkeep and maintenance of our hostels and move-on accommodation. Working across multiple sites, you will carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks including decorating, basic carpentry, plumbing repairs, property inspections, grounds maintenance, and health and safety checks.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation that supports people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring residents have safe, comfortable, and well-maintained accommodation as they work towards greater independence.
To be successful, you will be:
- Experienced in general maintenance and repairs.
- Practical, reliable, and solution-focused.
- Organised and able to manage work across multiple locations.
- Comfortable working with vulnerable individuals.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of safety and property upkeep.

- Varied and rewarding work across our housing portfolio.
- The opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of residents.
- A supportive team environment with opportunities to develop your skills.
Join us and help create safe, welcoming homes where people can thrive.
