With over 100 stores across Europe and the UK, Jimmy Fairly continues to bring great style and a smile into the optical world. Every six weeks new on‑trend designs drop, supported by a short‑circuit manufacturing process that prioritises quality, the planet and a customer‑centric approach, from eye tests by expert optometrists to exceptional after‑care.
Purpose of the role
We are looking for a Sales Assistant who is attentive, reliable, energetic, approachable, punctual, has extensive knowledge of current fashion trends and can engage and style customers confidently.
Responsibilities
Customer experience
- Act as a great brand ambassador and embrace the brand Selling Ceremony.
- Provide an amazing in‑store experience, using optometrist recommendations to build perfect product solutions for customers.
Performance
- Achieve high commercial efficiency to reach monthly targets and personal KPIs.
- Build customer loyalty and manage customer relationships.
- Maintain knowledge of the collection and iconic brand pieces.
Operations
- Operate till system, take and process payments.
- Inventory management and order processing.
- Follow company policy and procedure, maintain shop floor and stock room standards.
- Process deliveries, replenishment and transfers.
- Support store management in VM guideline implementation.
Optics
- Deliver technical tasks, including safe supply of eyewear, ordering, verification, glasses collections and adjustments.
- Work with the latest generation equipment: Smart Mirror 4, iPad for simple digital customer journeys.
Required knowledge, skills and qualities

Salary: ÂŁ25,400.00 per year (Pro Rata) + monthly bonus.
