Purpose of the role
We are looking for someone who is attentive, reliable, full of energy, approachable, punctual with extensive knowledge of fashion and trends of the season and confident in engaging and styling customers.
The Role
Every day is different at Jimmy Fairly. Your key missions will include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers throughout the sales process, describing products, and delivering the highest customer experience.
- Supporting the store management in building a store environment that nurtures creativity and employee development.
Customer experience
- Be a great brand ambassador and embrace the brand Selling Ceremony.
- Provide an amazing in-store experience using the Optometrist’s recommendations to build appropriate product solutions for the customer.
Performance
- Achieve high commercial efficiency to reach monthly targets and personal KPIs.
- Build customer loyalty and understand customer relationship management.
- Be knowledgeable of the collection and the brand iconic pieces.
Operations
- Operate till systems, take and process payments.
- Inventory management.
- Follow company policy and procedure.
- Maintain shop floor and stock room standards in a clean, tidy condition.
- Process deliveries (new collection, replenishment), transfers.
- Support the Store Management in VM guidelines implementation.
Optics
- Deliver technical tasks in-store to ensure the safe supply of eyewear, including ordering, verification, glasses collections and adjustments.
- Work with the latest generation equipment: sales assistance and measurement on the Smart Mirror 4 application; digital customer journey on iPad.
