We are looking for a dynamic London based PR Coordinator to join our UK PR team. Reporting to the Senior PR Manager, and working closely with the UK & Global PR and Marketing teams, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand visibility and influencer relations across the UK. You will help shape and execute the PR and influencer strategy, track performance, and manage media and talent engagement.
Your Mission
- Influence & Talent - Identify and select influential content creators, tastemakers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the UK to boost brand awareness and engage our community.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and deploy high-impact influencer campaigns.
- Manage influencer requests, including product gifting and sample logistics.
- Plan, organise, and oversee PR events across the UK to showcase our latest collections and key news.
- Analyse influencer content and campaign performance, contributing to weekly and monthly reports and strategic recommendations.
- Support on-site coordination and execution of brand events.
- Affiliates & UGC Content - Collaborate with the team to create and manage user-generated content (UGC) campaigns, ensuring contracts and briefs are clear and well-executed.
- Manage and optimise affiliate partnerships (ShopMy / Awin) to increase revenue and exposure.
- Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular updates to the PR and marketing teams.
- Press & Media - Define the annual UK press strategy, ensuring alignment with global communication objectives.
- Coordinate the production of media assets, working closely with internal teams.
- Draft press releases highlighting product launches, collaborations, and brand news, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Proactively manage media requests, including product shoots, interviews, and special projects.
Reporting - Monitor and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns and media content to assess impact and ROI, preparing weekly and monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements
- 4 years of proven experience in PR and Influence, either in-house or at an agency.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A well-established network of content creators, tastemakers & KOLs, journalists, and stylists in the UK fashion and lifestyle space.
- Exceptional organisational skills, a rigorous approach, and attention to detail.
- A collaborative and proactive attitude with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel when needed.
