We are looking for someone who is attentive, reliable, full of energy, approachable, punctual with extensive knowledge of fashion and trends of the season and confident in engaging and styling customers. The Sales Assistant will welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process, describing the product, always focusing on delivering the highest customer experience.

Purpose of the role:

The Role:

Every day is different at Jimmy Fairly, however your key missions will include:

  • Customer experience: Be a great brand ambassador and embrace the brand.
  • Selling Ceremony: Provide an amazing in-store customer experience using the Optometrist’s recommendations to build perfect product solutions for the customer.
  • Performance: High commercial efficiency to reach monthly targets and personal KPIs. Build customer loyalty and understand customer relationship management.
  • Operations: Operating till system, take and process payments, inventory management, follow company policy and procedure, ensure the shop floor and stock room standards are maintained in a clean, tidy condition, process deliveries, and support the Store Management in the VM guidelines implementation.
  • Optics: Delivering the technical tasks in the store by ensuring the safe supply of eyewear, such as ordering, verification, glasses collections & glasses adjustments.
