A smile with a customer‑centric approach, from the moment a customer enters a Jimmy store, to having their eyes tested by our expert optometrists and seeking help from our exceptional after‑care team. We are looking for someone who is attentive, reliable, full of energy, approachable, punctual with extensive knowledge of fashion and trends of the season and confident in engaging and styling customers.
Purpose of the roleCustomer experience – you will be a great brand ambassador and embrace the brand, providing an amazing in‑store experience and building perfect product solutions for the customer.
Performance – high commercial efficiency to reach monthly targets and personal KPIs, building customer loyalty and understanding customer relationship management.
Operations – operating till system, taking and processing payments, inventory management and following company policy and procedure.
Process deliveries – new collection, replenishment, transfers, support VM guidelines implementation.
Optics – deliver technical tasks in the store, safe supply of eyewear, ordering, verification, glasses collections & adjustments.
Equipment – working with the latest generation equipment: sales assistance and measurement on Smart Mirror 4, digital customer journey on iPad.
