What You’ll Do:

  • SALES ANALYSIS: In depth analysis of sell-in and sell-out results – excel experience is essential. Retail: Weekly detailed analysis of sales across different product groups; identifying best sellers, materials, etc. Wholesale: Follow-up with partners for additional insights from wholesale sales. Support preparing sell-in analysis post selling campaigns.
  • SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE: Responsible for setting up and maintaining the collection across all systems: PLM, JOOR. Be responsible for the set up and maintenance of the collection offer in the internal order system (PLM). Maintain Joor line lists on PLM, ensuring all systems are accurate at all times. Check and upload all product images on Joor.
  • COLLECTION ORGANISATION: Participation in the organisation of showrooms & merchandising office: Coordinate timely receipt and organisation of samples – in & out. Maintain Merchandising samples tidy and safely stored in the sample room – recording a log in & out. Coordinate sample shipment between head office, Florence and showrooms. Maintain the daily update of Synergy system for sample shipment. Support maintenance of collection overview. Communicate any collection updates to relevant audience (Marketing & PR, CS, Retail Team, Design team).
  • MARKET PREPARATION: Support with proto shipments between HQ and development offices. Support Merchandising Team during set up of collection overview and internal selling documents. Coordination of seasonal sample photography. From time to time you may be required to assist the VP of Merchandising with other areas of merchandising, booking travels and expenses.

  • Experience using Joor is a plus.
