Women’s shoes remain the core of the product offer, alongside handbags, small leather goods, scarves, sunglasses, eyewear, belts, fragrance and men’s shoes. As our private client associate, the key element of this role is to grow relationships with the VIC client database at a global level and deliver excellence in service, sales and ensuring client loyalty and value remains at the heart of Jimmy Choo. The role reports to the Private Client Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of all VIC outreach programmes designed for their department.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Support the private client manager in delivering targets and KPIs through VIC and Elite clienteling.
  • Implement strategies set from global CRM team and manage KPI’s set to ensure the growth of the VIC business.
  • Effectively use the digital clienteling platform Tulip to design and curate looks for VIC clients.
  • Grow personal clients through the different tier systems of the Jimmy Choo client loyalty programme and enhance their experience at every opportunity.
  • Provide a consistent example of the glamorous, luxury lifestyle image of Jimmy Choo through customer relationship management and leadership of their team.
  • Communicate and feedback to the VIC team leadership on opportunities, successes and areas for improvement on client journey.
  • Manage technology such as the digital clienteling app Tulip and ensure this is used in an effective, exemplary way to communicate with our global VICs.
  • Host VIP appointments virtually or in person where required.
  • Collaborate with Senior VIC Manager and the wider CRM team to produce exciting initiatives for VIC clients.
  • Help to develop any training material and processes that may support the VIC department.
  • Work collaboratively with the central senior management team linking education and training to brand strategy, budgeting and planning.
  • Collaborate and support digital, brand, and CRM to achieve efficiencies and synergies to drive VIC initiatives.
  • Act as Brand Ambassador for events if required.
Experience:
  • 3+ years working for Luxury or Fashion brands in CRM/ Clienteling.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience in the use of Tulip or other Clienteling apps.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, French, Korean, German, or Japanese is a plus.
  • Curious, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently.
  • Solid organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen with an affinity for Retail, Fashion or Luxury industry.
