What you’ll do:
- Support the Jimmy Choo Talent Team
- Support the business objectives of the company
- Support the Senior Talent & Entertainment Relations Manager and Talent & Entertainment Relations Assistant on all talent sample requests
- Co-ordinate sample send outs, returns, and gifting
- Support the regional teams on any talent requests
- Assist with any logistics and administrative preparation for events
- On-site event support as required
- Manage VIP imagery archive
- Support with all ad hoc duties in the running of the communications office
We’d love to see:
- Graduate looking for entry level role
- Student studying for related Degree on their year in industry
- Requirement of the course to undertake a placement
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Self-motivated and team player
- Ability to learn quickly and be flexible / adaptable to fast paced environments
- Knowledge and awareness for the fashion and entertainment industries
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Knowledge of Fashion GPS beneficial
- Proactive and enthusiastic
- Previous PR experience preferred but not essential
