If you love transforming complex data into beautiful, automated, and actionable dashboards, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build & Automate: Design, develop, and maintain powerful and intuitive dashboards in Power BI & Excel to track key business KPIs (e.g., sales, stock, views, engagement, customer LTV).
  • Be the Data Guru: Act as the go‑to person for performance reporting, ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and easily accessible to stakeholders.
  • Dig Deep: Use SQL and Python to query our data warehouse, joining complex datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and the 'why' behind numbers.
  • Drive Efficiency: Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes, freeing up time for deeper, more impactful analysis.
  • Translate & Communicate: Work with stakeholders in Trading, Planning, Content, Marketing and Finance to understand their challenges and translate business questions into analytical projects. Assist Trade team with annual planning and forecasting. Work with finance to submit budgeting.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
  • Experience using Python (pandas, NumPy) for data analysis and automation.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for data accuracy and visualisation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred:

  • Experience within an e-commerce or retail environment.
