Global Head of Growth Marketing

Who You Are:

We're looking for a commercially minded, data-driven with creative-eye Head of Growth Marketing to lead global channel marketing for a world-known luxury accessory brand. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of performance marketing, brand marketing, analytics and creative, responsible for building scalable, profitable growth across the full funnel media & customer lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and scale a multi-million-pound marketing budget, driving sustainable growth across new customer acquisition, eCommerce performance, campaign activation, and retention.
  • Run efficient execution across in-house and agency teams, while providing strategic leadership and thought leadership; operate close to the channels and data, building the systems, team, and frameworks to scale.
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, Merch & Planning, Data & Design, turning customer, channel and product insights into high-performing growth strategies.
  • Clear execution of global growth strategy.
  • Lead mid to lower funnel (acquisition to retention) and upper funnel in partnership with Brand team.
  • Support the definition and execution of a scalable, profitable growth strategy across all digital channels.
  • Build repeatable growth loops with a focus on ROI and new customer acquisition.
  • Balance sustainable high-impact channel strategy with short-term business impact.
  • Futureproof tech stack based on evolving digital landscape.
  • Lead and scale acquisition channels including paid media (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant socials); SEO and content-led growth; partnerships, affiliates, and communities.
  • Manage and optimise a multi-million marketing budget.
  • Agile spend management based on performance signals to maximise growth.
  • Partner with Merch and Design to turn product features into acquisition and retention levers.
  • Align messaging with real customer value.
  • Translate insights into high-performing creative direction.
  • Leverage upper funnel campaigns to deliver stronger return mid/lower.
  • Set clear direction and ways of working, then scale and lead a high-performing team.
  • Manage external agencies, partners and regional teams.
  • Set a high bar for execution, ownership, and agility.
  • Develop and embed a continuous testing framework across creative and messaging, AI-first approach to new product testing, funnels and landing pages, offers and user journeys, rapidly identify what works, scale winners, and stop underperformance.
  • Embed a growth mindset to the in-house teams and external partners.
  • Define, track, and optimise core KPIs: traffic growth, ROI, CAC, LTV, activation and retention metrics; conversion and feature adoption.
  • Build and maintain a robust attribution and tracking ecosystem, embed them into operations in-house and external.
  • Ensure all decisions are grounded in clean, reliable, accessible data.

Background:

  • 8-10+ years in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Acquisition roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing significant paid media budgets.
  • Has scaled a high-growth digital business past early traction.
  • Comfortable with data and attribution while having enterprise mindset.
