Who You Are:
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all products are impeccably merchandised across the Jimmy Choo website, using insights and analysis to maximise product exposure and commercial opportunities. You’ll support the Trading Managers with weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting to gain an in-depth insight into trading performance and analytics.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure all pages across the site are beautifully and strategically merchandised.
- Use analysis of customer behaviour, product performance reports and sell-through to drive decision making.
- Manage and maintain trend and edit categories to support marketing campaigns and reflect seasonal trends.
- Create product selections for emails, using knowledge of stock and depth to ensure lists are commercial.
- Assist in the seasonal collections launches, classifying and categorising new products.
- Maintain product recommendations for co-ordinating products.
- Test and improve on site search results and manage the search dictionary on a weekly basis.
- Conduct daily audits of the site to ensure all products are online and that classification and data is accurate.
- Monitor intake for the DCs and update the new arrivals sections accordingly.
- Conduct and present regular competitor reviews.
- Provide weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting to support trading decisions.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of user behaviour and on-site customer journeys with the use of Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
You’ll Need to Have:
- Graduate
- Visual merchandising / styling experience
- Proficient in Excel and Word
