What You’ll Do:
- Product Expertise: Act as the in-store expert for all women’s and men’s leather goods, including handbags and small leather goods. Maintain deep knowledge of materials, craftsmanship, seasonal collections, and brand heritage. Ensure the team is fully confident in presenting and selling leather goods products.
- Team Development: Deliver regular product training sessions for the store team. Share updates on new collections, key pieces, and selling techniques. Support colleagues in elevating product storytelling and cross-category selling.
- Client Experience: Provide exceptional service to VICs and high-profile clientele surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity by following our Selling Ceremony. Build and maintain long-term relationships with local and international clients. Support private appointments, clienteling initiatives, and exclusive events.
- Business Support: Partner with store management to drive sales within the leather goods category. Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to maximize results. Ensure visual presentation and merchandising standards reflect brand excellence.

- Proven experience and understanding of luxury retail with a strong focus on handbags and leather goods.
- Passion for craftsmanship, materials, and luxury product storytelling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to train, mentor, and inspire a retail team.
