We are looking for an Interim Marketing Manager to lead the execution of marketing and event strategies across our Franchise and Wholesale partners in the EMEAI region. This role ensures full alignment with global brand standards while adapting initiatives to local market needs. You will strengthen brand visibility, support partner marketing activation, and deliver exceptional events and brand moments across key territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Activation
    • Lead the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal collections, and key collaborations.
    • Adapt global marketing strategies to local market dynamics for Franchise and Wholesale partners.
    • Drive multi-channel plans across digital, PR, influencers, events, and retail activations.
    • Ensure consistent brand expression and adherence to global guidelines across all markets.
    • Manage marketing investment and track performance against KPIs such as ROI, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Events & Communications
    • Lead luxury event initiatives including VIP activations, private client experiences, and high-profile collaborations.
    • Oversee planning and execution of regional events ensuring exceptional quality and brand alignment.
    • Partner with PR teams to deliver integrated communication strategies.
    • Manage the full 360° approach for new store openings and market entries across EMEAI.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
    • Act as a key contact for internal teams and external partners across the region.
    • Deliver clear post-event and campaign reports with insights and performance metrics.
    • Manage and mentor the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Assistant.

About You

  • Experience
    • 5+ years in marketing within luxury, fashion, or premium retail.
    • Experience working with Franchise and/or Wholesale partners preferred.
    • Very good knowledge of EMEAI markets and cultural nuances.
    • Demonstrated experience delivering events across multiple countries.
    • Team management experience.
    • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally.

    • Very good organisational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • High attention to detail and brand sensitivity.
    • Strong commercial awareness and results-driven mindset.
