The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, care proceedings, and non-molestation orders.
• Represent clients at hearings and work closely with counsel and external agencies.
• Deliver clear, compassionate legal advice tailored to each client\’s needs.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Family Law department.
• Support and collaborate with colleagues across the wider team.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor (all levels of PQE considered).
• A genuine interest in family law and a commitment to client care.
• Ability to manage cases with appropriate support depending on experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambition to grow within the role, with potential to lead the department long-term.
