We're looking for a Head of Revenue Marketing to build and scale a modern, AI-enabled revenue marketing function. This role will own demand generation, pipeline creation, content strategy, account-based marketing, SEO, social, thought leadership and marketing experimentation. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to create a marketing engine that drives measurable growth. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with execution excellence and wants to redefine how B2B SaaS marketing operates in the age of AI.

- Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates and pipeline velocity
- Establish clear reporting on marketing‑sourced and marketing‑influenced pipeline
- Content, Brand & Thought Leadership
- Develop and execute a content strategy focused on revenue impact rather than vanity metrics
- Build founder‑led marketing programmes alongside the CEO and executive team
- Create compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates Jiminny in a competitive market
- Drive thought leadership across LinkedIn, industry channels and revenue leadership communities
- Ensure content supports every stage of the buyer journey
- Growth Marketing & Experimentation
- Design and run high‑impact marketing experiments across channels, audiences and formats
- Explore emerging opportunities in AI‑powered marketing, LLM visibility and modern SEO
- Continuously test new acquisition strategies, campaign approaches and growth initiatives
- Identify scalable growth levers through data analysis and market insight
- Marketing Operations & Performance
- Own marketing technology, reporting and attribution frameworks
- Measure performance across campaigns, channels and programmes
- Monitor funnel conversion rates and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Manage marketing budget allocation and maximise return on investment
- Build dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into marketing performance
- Team Development & Future Leadership
- Establish processes and operating rhythms that enable marketing to scale efficiently
- Leverage AI tools and automation to increase output and effectiveness
- Help define the future structure of the marketing organisation
- Build and lead a high‑performing team as the company grows
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Strong understanding of demand generation, ABM and revenue marketing principles
- Experience owning campaigns from strategy through execution
- Highly analytical with a strong commercial mindset
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving scale‑up environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Measurable improvement in conversion rates across the funnel
- Consistent execution of high‑quality demand generation programmes
- Efficient marketing spend with clear ROI visibility
- Jiminny becomes recognised as a leading voice in revenue intelligence and AI‑powered GTM technology
