We’re looking for someone who leads with heart and curiosity. This role will be based at our flagship restaurant, Jikoni in Marylebone.

Experience: At least 2+ years' experience as a Senior CDP or Junior Sous.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Chefs in daily kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during service.
  • Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency in quality and presentation.
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Manage inventory, stock rotation, and ordering of supplies.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
