Jikoni in London is seeking a General Manager to lead our new venture opening Winter 2026.
This hands-on leadership role requires inspiring, mentoring a new bar/FOH team while upholding our 'Cooking Without Borders' ethos and family values.
You will oversee daily restaurant operations, train staff, manage payroll, control costs, ensure food safety, and deliver outstanding hospitality.
