Jikoni in Marylebone is opening a new kitchen team for a March 2026 launch. We’re seeking Demi Chefs to work closely with Executive Chef and BOH, supporting development of a new restaurant and learning in a dynamic, values‑driven environment.
You will contribute to high‑quality dishes, uphold hygiene standards, help establish best practices, and grow into leadership roles as our group expands to Bloomsbury and Stratford.
