Role Purpose We are seeking an experienced Facilities Building Coordinator to deliver exceptional facilities management and customer service at Compton House, with operational oversight of Power Engineering Services and DRC sites. This role combines facilities coordination with front-of-house reception support (Mondays, Fridays, and cover for absences). Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight: Oversee Helpdesk scheduling, PPM, and reactive maintenance across all sites using CAFM systems (Corrigo). Manage mobile engineers, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion within SLAs. Conduct RAMS vetting, contractor sign-off, and quality assurance. Service Delivery: Coordinate hard and soft services including cleaning, housekeeping, emergency call-outs, and small projects. Monitor vendor performance, manage purchase orders, and ensure compliance with agreed standards and schedules. Reception
