We are a family-owned, independent kitchen and bathroom showroom near Central London, specialising in mid to high end German and British Kitchens. With extensive building and design experience, we deliver exceptional, tailored solutions and outstanding customer service.
Jigzaw Interiors is hiring a Senior Kitchen & Bathroom Designer to join our growing team full-time. You’ll work alongside experienced designers, lead design projects, manage quotations and deliver an excellent client experience from initial enquiry through installation.
Key responsibilities:- Welcome clients to the showroom, assess needs and advise on products and design solutions
- Produce bespoke kitchen and bathroom designs, plans and detailed quotations using CAD (Winner, Fusion 2020, TruBlue, Easy Quote)
- Manage enquiries by phone and email; convert interest into sales through relationship-building and negotiation
- Process client orders and account-manage projects from order to completion
- Coordinate with external installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
- Nurture new and existing leads, meet KPIs and revenue targets
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in kitchen design and sales (required). German kitchen experience would be welcomed.
- Proven sales record and ability to manage the full sales process
- Confident user of computerised CAD and quotation systems (Winner, Fusion 2020, TrueBlue, Easy Quote, TruBlue preferred)
- Strong product knowledge across kitchens and bathrooms
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, organised, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Salary: £28,000–£35,000 per year
