About the role The Technical Consultant will design and deliver high-quality Microsoft solutions across Microsoft 365 collaboration stack including Intune, Entra ID, Azure, Defender and Purview. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, the role will lead customer engagements from discovery and solution design through to implementation, documentation, knowledge transfer and successful operational handover. Alongside customer delivery, the role will help shape Jigsaw24’s Microsoft technical strategy and go-to-market propositions. This will include developing repeatable services, technical standards and customer solutions, with a particular focus on security, Microsoft Copilot, and the responsible adoption of AI technologies. Key duties and responsibilities are Lead customer discovery and technical workshops to understand business,and operational requirements. Design and deliver Microsoft solutions across Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Entra ID, Defender Cisco Sonicwall, Ubiquity, Acronis, AvePoint, Exclaimer, Synology and Datto. Desirable Certifications AZ-104 MD-102 (previously MD-101) AZ-700 SC-300 MS-102 Personal characteristics Customer-focused, comfortable acting as a trusted advisor. Proactive and curious, with a strong interest in how Microsoft, security and AI technologies are evolving. Commercially aware Collaborative, mentor colleagues, and contribute beyond individual project delivery. Flexible, accountable and willing to travel to customer sites across the UK when required.
