The Product Specialist is accountable for delivering trusted product expertise and supply-chain insight that strengthens decision-making, product positioning, customer outcomes and mutually beneficial partnerships.
The Product Specialist provides proactive product, market and supply-chain expertise to support timely, accurate and trusted customer engagements.
Working cross-functionally and with external partners, the role strengthens product positioning and commercial understanding while ensuring opportunities and cases are managed proactively from initial request through to resolution.

- Product positioning
- Provide accurate, specialist product advice to help sales teams recommend solutions aligned with customer requirements.
