As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you play a crucial role in growing our sales pipeline and supporting our transactional customers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new sales opportunities by responding to inbound leads and delivering outbound activities. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about sales, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Lead qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads from inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting from our transactional customer base.
  • Outbound: Deliver outbound calls, emails and social media activity into our lapsed and transactional customer base, introducing them to our range of products and services. In addition, this role will actively participate in key vendor pipeline driving activities.
  • Inbound timely assistance: Promptly respond to inbound enquiries, providing relevant information and addressing customer needs.
  • Customer Engagement: Build relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions effectively. Deliver a positive customer experience at all times.
  • Targets & KPIs: Maintain an accurate and realistic sales pipeline to achieve/exceed set financial targets and KPIs.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to continuously refine lead generation strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on pipeline created and account engagement metrics. Ensure CRM is kept up to date and accurate for all customer engagements and pipeline accuracy.

Education, Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience: Experience in sales is advantageous, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of Apple products, including Mac, iPad, iPhone, and related software and services. Ability to articulate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Self‑Motivated: Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
