About us
At Jigsaw, we’re on a mission to transform the way professional services and financial institutions work. We do this by helping our clients organise, visualise and use their data (think Figma or Canva but for the ‘City’). Our clients include the world’s biggest consultancies, leading financial institutions and top law firms.
Jigsaw was founded by two seasoned entrepreneurs, Stephen and Travis. This is their second venture together; their first was acquired by a US private equity firm and went on to become a billion-dollar company and a household name in professional service firms across the world. Jigsaw is now on a growth trajectory few Series A companies achieve - putting us in the top quartile SaaS companies globally. Today we proudly serve thousands of users from nearly two hundred businesses worldwide, who love our products and use them every day.
But we’re only getting started! We have ambitious goals and we’re looking for talented people to help us achieve them.
Why join us?
We’re not about the corporate grind; instead, we thrive on creativity, enthusiasm, and a touch of humour to make magic happen. We hire people with high ownership and a bias for action. Then we trust and empower them to do their best work.
The role
This is not just a job. If you are motivated, enjoy working in a dynamic team environment and would like to be part of the technology revolution, we’d like you to join us on our journey.
As a Senior Product Designer at Jigsaw, you’ll be instrumental in shaping an AI‑powered B2B product that seamlessly integrates into professional workflows. Think PandaDoc meets Figma/Canva, but tailored to the regulatory, legal, and financial service markets. You’ll drive end-to-end design, from AI-first ideation through prototyping and implementation, enabling our clients to visualise sophisticated data structures and processes with ease.
You’ll get to...
- Shape AI-driven workflows: Envision and design intelligent features (e.g. generative visuals, smart suggestions, data summarisation) that support lawyers, accountants, and consultants in their complex workflows.
- Design integrations: Craft user experiences that seamlessly connect Jigsaw with other B2B platforms and data sources, like CRM, practice management, or document systems.
- End-to-end product design: Lead the full design lifecycle: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and implementation with engineers and AI teams.
- AI strategy collaboration: Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to identify impactful AI use cases; test and iterate hypotheses through prototypes and user feedback.
- Champion usability & accessibility: Conduct usability testing, accessibility audits; optimise UI/UX for clarity, compliance, and inclusivity.
- Advocate design systems: Extend and scale Jigsaw's design system, pushing consistency across AI-rich features and integration touch-points.
- Measure & iterate: Use quantitative and qualitative data/analytics, user interviews, A/B tests, to continuously refine UI experiences.
You’ll thrive in this role if...
- 5+ years of product design experience in B2B/SaaS environments, ideally focused on Creative tooling, AI or integrations.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating AI-enhanced features, multi-tool integrations, design systems, and data‑driven workflows.
- Tools expertise: Figma, Framer, Miro; experience with prototyping AI interactions (e.g., metadata visualisations, LLM-driven content suggestions).
- Research excellence: Skilled in both qualitative (interviews, testing) and quantitative methods (analytics-backed insights).
- Collaboration skills: Able to influence cross-functional teams and present to stakeholders, from engineers to executives.
- Accessibility know-how (WCAG) and a dedication to inclusivity across complex workflows.
- Bonus: Domain experience in legal, financial services, or compliance-heavy software.
Why Jigsaw?
- AI-first, B2B focus: Be at the cutting edge of AI design for regulated industries.
- High ownership: You’ll define the product with minimal process friction.
- Dynamic environment: Creativity, humour, and collaboration over bureaucracy.
- Growth trajectory: Join a top-quartile SaaS with plans to scale.
- Global impact: Your work will be used by thousands in premium professional services firms.
