We’re looking for an experienced Photographer & Studio Manager to lead all in‑house photography for Jigsaw. This role combines hands‑on shooting‑primarily e‑commerce and product imagery‑with responsibility for the smooth running of our studio.

You’ll be responsible for capturing high‑quality, on‑brand imagery that elevates our product across e‑commerce, marketing, and digital channels, while also managing studio processes, equipment, and shoot schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shoot e‑commerce imagery including flat lays, still life, and model photography
  • Capture imagery for website, social media, email, and marketing campaigns as required
  • Ensure all photography is consistent with brand guidelines, styling direction, and seasonal creative
  • Oversee day‑to‑day running of the photography studio
  • Maintain studio equipment, lighting, and camera gear, ensuring everything is organised and functional
  • Ensure studio processes are efficient, well‑documented, and scalable as the business grows
About You
  • Proven experience shooting e‑commerce, still life and campaign photography within fashion or retail
  • Confident managing studio operations alongside creative responsibilities
  • Strong eye for composition, lighting, and detail, with a fashion‑led aesthetic
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally with creative, e‑commerce, and marketing teams
  • Hands‑on, proactive, and solution‑oriented
Skills & Experience
  • Strong technical photography skills with professional camera systems and studio lighting
  • Experience shooting high‑volume e‑commerce imagery efficiently without compromising quality
  • Knowledge of post‑production workflows and retouching standards
  • Experience working with models and directing shoots
