About the Role
We are looking for a talented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. You will be involved from the very start of a project—developing ideas and visual concepts—through to executing high-quality creative across digital channels including website, social media, email, and paid campaigns. This is a hands-on role for a designer who is equally comfortable thinking conceptually and delivering polished, on-brand assets at pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas in response to briefs, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand moments
- Design and execute assets across all channels, including:
- Website (homepage, landing pages, banners)
- Social media (organic and paid)
- Email marketing
- Digital advertising and performance assets
About You
- 3-5 years' experience in a graphic design role, ideally within fashion, retail, or lifestyle
- Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to see projects through from idea to execution
- Confident designing for digital-first channels, particularly web, social, and email
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of typography, layout, and colour
