Founded in 1970, Jigsaw was the first premium fashion brand on the high street. Since then, the company has expanded worldwide to work with the finest mills, cutting edge photographers, up-and-coming models and renowned architects. But the search for the best in the industry never stops. As our journey continues, we're looking for passionate and talented people to learn about Style & Truth: a set of values that sets us apart from the rest of the high street, a belief that everyone should feel empowered to embrace their own style, be true to themselves, and not slavishly follow the fashion world. This means putting style before trends and truth before hype.

We are looking for a Concession Branch Merchandiser to join our team in our Head Office in Richmond.

Job Purpose

Drive sales and profitability by ensuring optimal stock package and stock levels across our own stores, concession partner stores, and concession partner websites. This role requires a commercially astute individual who can analyse trading performance, communicate effectively across internal and external teams, and take proactive steps to maximise product availability and sell-through.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly trade calls with concession partners to review performance, identify risks, and propose trading actions.
  • Monitor and optimise stock levels across partner websites and physical stores, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and promotional activity.
  • Act as the key liaison between internal Product Merchandising, Digital, and partner teams to ensure seamless execution of stock and trading strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising team to influence stock management & allocations.
  • Own the tiering and grading process, collaborating with the Product Merchandising team to inform allocation planning and replenishment strategies.
  • Conduct regular stock consolidations and transfers to maximise availability and reduce markdown risk.
  • Support decisions around outlet, and terminal stock management, including third-party/sample sales.
  • Performance analysis & reporting.
  • Deliver weekly and seasonal trade reports with actionable insights by channel, highlighting opportunities and risks.
  • Analyse product performance by location and channel to inform future ranging and allocation decisions.
  • Support new store openings, closures, and relocations with tailored stock planning and performance forecasting.
  • Be the go-to contact for store and partner communication, leading weekly calls and conducting regular store visits with area managers.
  • Manage and develop junior team members.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in Branch/Channel Merchandising or a similar multi-channel retail role.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of customer behaviour across different markets and channels.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Excel and confident using merchandising and reporting systems.
  • Experience working with concession partners and/or e-commerce platforms.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Passion for retail, fashion, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Benefits

  • Fantastic Staff discount schemes – up to 50% (and 70% on 5 items per season).
  • Access to the Unum – Jigsaw’s wellbeing and benefits provider, for a whole host of resources, support and discounts.

We are committed to equality of opportunity for all staff and applications are encouraged from individuals regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marriage and civil partnerships or pregnancy and maternity.
