Fashion Stylist

Job Purpose

We are looking for a creative and passionate fashion stylist to join our Richmond office. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion and a deep understanding of current trends, and the ability to create stylish on trend looks that our customers will resonate with. You will have a high interest in creating looks to be used across multi-channel campaigns and will bring creative ideas and a beautiful aesthetic to our Creative team.

Responsibilities

• Stylist & Creative for all areas of Jigsaw Web site each season, Womenswear & accessories.
• Support the Creative team in the development and implementation of ideas and designs for the Photography / Video Shoots.
• Accountable for mood board collation of photo shoot and video creative storyboard concepts.
• Deliver against brief on shoots and support partners when projects are managed externally.
• Work closely with the VM team to ensure that creative themes for the season tie up and that we are making one creative statement from shoot to windows to in store
• Working alongside Product stakeholders to ensure the product strategy is executed through our photography and videos.
• Remain up to date with competitor trends, key styling treatments to ensure we remain relevant and forward thinking.
• Manage pre-styling meeting with key stakeholders to ensure all outfits are clearly identified for shoots.
• Prep studio, steaming and pulling clothing and accessories.
• Create inspiring and relevant outfits.
• Create style decks for look books and campaigns.
• Be involved in sample management (tracking, unpacking, hanging, damage checking)
• Manage all Ecommerce shoots and work with photographer and producer on-set to co-direct and select best poses.
• Work with photographer and producer on local shoots to style and co-direct when needed.
• Hold regular castings with creative team to select best models for fit, look and direction for website.
• Meet all image deadlines for weekly uploads.
• Provide styling support for editorial shoots when needed.
• Work closely with Marketing and social teams for additional content shoots and styling of product for email campaigns.

Skills & Experience

• Strong eye for detail, proportion, and trend awareness.
• Proven ability to style across womenswear
• Experience working in fast-paced studio environments with tight deadlines.
• Understanding of ecommerce visual standards and how imagery impacts conversion and brand perception.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shoots and priorities
